As Manager Business Development (m/f/d) you combine operational project experience with a clear focus on business development.
Acquisition of new customers and development of new business areas
Development of messages and content for our consulting products
Further developing and increasing the visibility of our brand
Sustainable maintenance and expansion of customer and partner relationships
Participation in operational projects
Requirements Profile
We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality with clear sales and development skills.
Completed studies (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or comparable)
Several years of professional experience (>6 years) in industry or consulting
Proven success in business development, sales or acquisition
Strong sales and networking skills as well as specific industry understanding
Strong communication skills and empathy
Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
