The automotive industry is currently facing major challenges. In addition to general political and social uncertainties, car manufacturers must drive forward new technologies. A key driver here is the desire of legislators and customers for emission-free mobility, which primarily requires a switch from the already highly developed combustion engine technology to e-mobility. In addition to the key drive components, this transition also enables new concepts in other areas of the vehicle, such as the interior or display concepts. Established car manufacturers in particular must drive innovation forward quickly in order not to lose touch.
The industrialization of new, previously unestablished components is associated with an increased risk of vehicle start-up hazards (SOP), which can be reduced through preventive start-up protection in the early phases. The aim is to anticipate problems at an early stage and define preventive measures. As the innovation usually lacks years of experience, skills and an effective project structure are also essential for rapid, reactive action. In this environment, we can contribute our many years of experience in more than 100 start-ups and industrializations on the one hand and, on the other, use our project management skills to create structure in the management of preventive start-ups.
